TV cameras follow particularly the leading runners and several helicopters cover the race from the air with TV, which gives a tremendous overview of the race’s development and scope. Photographers automatically take pictures of you along the course and at the finish line. You’ll be identified on your race number and shortly after the race, you will receive your personal pictures by mail as you can buy. In some way, this opportunity creates lifetime memories. This is the classic Marathon of them all. The route is mainly flat and the opportunity for setting a personal record is therefore very likely in particular this marathon race.
The event of the race is also special because the Germans are better than anyone else to organize these big events. Berlin Marathon is an annual recurring marathon run in Berlin at the end of September. The race is organized by the Berlin running club SC Charlottenburg.
