  4. Hello there thanks for sharing this interesting piece of article. No doubts without the right and proper training for marathon races can result to some complications like injuries. And I must say these are really nice tips for athletes especially for marathon racers. I’m not an athlete but then I have done one or two of these exercises and they really help to keep me fit for each day.
